Should you wish to return an item in an unused/unworn condition, we will be happy to refund it within 28 days of delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse an refund if the item(s) are returned in a non-saleable conditions or are damaged. If no valid reason is found for refund the goods Jags Trading will return them to the purchaser.

If an item is faulty please contact us at sales@jagsuk.com and we will arrange an appropriate remedy.

This facility is open during normal office hours Monday to Friday only. Instructions for customers wishing to return goods will appear on each Advice Note. Please note: we will only cover the cost of faulty or damaged returned goods.
